Indian Army supported by the Special Operations Group of the J&K police eliminated a total of five militants in Jammu and Kashmir. Three terrorists were gunned down in Shopian while two were killed Trail.
In the Shopian district, the Indian security forces launched a cordon and search operation in Dragan Sugan area of south Kashmir following a tip-off about the presence of terrorists, the official said.
